2010 Annual Meeting : Oct. 19 - 22

Annual Meeting logo 2010Registration for UMAC's annual meeting will open later this summer.

The keynote speaker for the meeting is Rev. Eric Law of the Kaleidescope Institute of the Episcopal Diocese of Los Angeles Diocese.

A one day mission experience is being planned to open the meeting that brings together local church, conference and general church communicators for workshops, panel discussions and celebrations of achievements in communications.

2011 Annual Meeting : Oct. 18 - 21
The New Mexico Conference will be the site of the 2011 Annual Meeting, Oct. 18 - 21. The Event Planning Committee, chaired by Neill Caldwell, brought the recommendation to the executive board on Jan. 12. Caldwell, working with Karla Abernethy-Thetford, Director of Communications for the New Mexico Conference, will present recommendations for hotels sites in either Albuquerque or Santa Fe to the board by mid-summer.
